![]() ![]() I have daily backups going back over a year. I somehow need Outlook to think that it has synced more recently (at least as recently as the messages I need, which were in April 2022), without actually going online. Of course if I go online, it will sync and update to today's date, but then the messages I need will get deleted. It has to be stored in some file somewhere, and I can probably restore the right date of the file, but I can't seem to get it to work. The Office 20 PROFILE LOCATION is /Users/UserName /Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/Outlook/ Outlook 15 Profiles / Use the Finder Go menu and choose Library to navigate to the above location There's also a User Content f older in that same directory. But I can't figure out how to reset that date. Outlook on Mac will either export everything - all account/folder headings in your Outlook list, including any existing On My Computer folders - or items. I think the messages I need are in there, but they're not visible because Outlook won't show messages that are more recent than the last synced date. The individual messages are not files themselves. It shows the "Last synced at" date as February 21, 2022, also. I've done this several times before by restoring the "Profile" folder, which seems to contain all the messages, and keeping my computer completely disconnected from the internet (so Outlook doesn't sync).īut this time, when I do that and open Outlook, it only shows mail through Febru- nothing newer. I'm trying to restore some deleted email messages from Outlook for Mac using Time Machine. ![]()
